I just received my black lip gloss package. It's just that the item came with a different type of black lip balm. I can't use this product. Has anyone ever made a return in Finding Ferdinand? Please let me know on how to do it. I'm not sure about the policy.

Ahh, I just returned my order. The return process is easy, actually. Simply contact customer service and tell them why you want to return the product. They will tell you what and how to do it. Make sure to follow all the requirements. Anyway, they offer returns only for ready-to-wear products within 14 days of receiving them. Only good-condition products will be accepted.
